Healing Through Mineral Balance (Aug. 15)

August 15 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Free
Healing through mineral balance

Are you interested in natural and holistic health? Have you or your loved ones struggled with chronic health issues that seem to have no remedy? Or have you had some success in overcoming health issues only to see your gains reversed? Your underlying issues may be related to the lack of mineral balance in your body.

Join us Saturday, August 15 (5-7pm) for a potluck and presentation at Brooklyn Hill Ranch in Amherst County, Virginia for a monthly Land & Table potluck. This time around Amber Lyssy will be continuing the theme of ‘Soil to Body Health’ with a focus on finding natural healing for your body through mineral balance. As a Root Cause Protocol health coach, Amber will help you understand what it means to look at underlying issues of fatigue, inflammation, anemia, and more – and how to begin addressing these metabolic dysfunctions.

This monthly learning group is open to the public and is family friendly*.

*A parent is required to attend children throughout the event. Child-care is not provided.

  • A healthy dish to share (it’s a potluck!).
  • Your own dishware.
  • Your own drink.
  • Lawn chair.
  • A friend (of course)!
  • Your family 🙂
