Local food leaders forum[/caption] The Land and Table network is a community of farmers, gardeners, eaters, and neighbors who want to renew our regional foodshed. We seek to network and facilitate relationships within the local food movement in the Lynchburg regional area (also known as Region 2000) and to promote the health and sustainability of our land, our bodies, our families and our communities. Join us for an evening of networking, eating, and discussing ways to pursue sustainable, local collaborative actions that will transform the way Central Virginia eats. This gathering is open to the Land and Table network and anyone who is interested in cultivating the local food movement in our area. __________________________________________ WHEN: Tuesday, February 5th, 2013 | 4:30 – 7:30 PM (potluck starts around 5:30 – open forum begins around 6:30) WHERE: Mountain Run Farm saloon (near pond) in Sedalia (Bedford County) For directions go to: MountainRunFarm.com DETAILS: Bring a healthy, homemade dish to share and… your own dishware (plates, silverware, cups, etc.)!
