Are you interested in learning the art and skill of butchering lamb? Join us for the September Land & Table Amherst potluck and skillshare at Brooklyn Hills Ranch, on Saturday, September 16 (5-7pm). We will be doing a complete whole lamb carcass breakdown and discussing the nutritional benefits of local, pasture raised lamb.
This meeting takes place each month at Brooklyn Hills Ranch in Amherst County. Typical activities include: skillshare, open forum, presentation, work party, social, and more.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
COST: FREE, but we ask that you RSVP.

WHO: Anyone! All are welcome.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
– A dish to share.
– A friend (of course)!
– Your own dishware.
– A lawn chair or picnic blanket.
– Kids are welcome but they must be attended by an adult.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT.

Please park in the front field before the creekbed. Crossing the creekbed is an option for vehicles that are higher off the ground.
