DUE TO COLD WEATHER THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR 4/26

For the past ten years Land & Table has been hosting monthly potlucks for the local food movement in the Lynchburg, Virginia region. Who is a part of this movement? Anyone who wants to eat or grow local food: regenerative farmers (young and old), homesteaders, organic gardeners, beekeepers, homebrewers, orchardists, permaculture folk, fermentation freaks, backyard chicken keepers, urban growers, wildcrafters, herbalists, hunters, local food lovers, and anyone interested in the new back-to-land revival.

Join us Tuesday, April 26 (6-8pm) at Mountain Run Farm‘s Camp Sedalia in northern Bedford County for our Spring Social and Potluck. There will be a brief time of announcements, sharing – and then open networking for the bulk of our time together. This is a great chance to meet like-minded folks and build local community. This is the real social networking!

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a main dish to share. This is a potluck.
(Or your own dinner if you do not want to participate in the potluck).

Bring your own dishware (plate, utensils, etc).

– Tip the chicken and help support our work.

This is an outdoor event (with shelter) and is rain or shine. Please dress for the weather.

Kids are welcome but they must be attended to by a parent during the event.

PLEASE NOTE: As always, if you are not feeling well, or have a fever, we ask that you stay home and rest.
