This is a FREE event, but we ask that you consider financially supporting our work.

How did previous generations stay properly hydrated when working the land before our time of sports drinks and electrolyte mixes?

Join us on Tuesday, August 20 (6-8pm) for a networking potluck and skillshare as we look into the refreshing world of drinking vinegars. Lead by John Frederick, we’ll be uncovering the history, health benefits, and recipes for:

  • Haymaker’s
  • Punch Shrub
  • Switchel
If you think drinking vinegar sounds unpleasant you will be amazed to see what you’ve been missing. Discover these natural alternatives for hydrating your family that you can make at home!
