Sausage making and smoke curing meats has been a way to prepare and preserve meats since ancient times. And yet it is still just as relevant today.

Join us on Saturday, October 19 (5-7pm) at Brooklyn Hills Ranch for the Amherst Land & Table October potluck and skillshare on sausage making and smoke curing meats. Don’t miss this instructive intro on this ancient art.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

COST: FREE, but we ask that you RSVP.
WHEN: Saturday, October 19 (5-7pm)
WHERE: Brooklyn Hills Ranch (Amherst County, Virginia)

WHO: Anyone! All are welcome.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
– A dish to share.
– A friend (of course)!
– Your own dishware.
– A lawn chair.
– Kids are welcome but they must be attended by an adult.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT.

Please park in the front field before the creekbed if your vehicle is low to the ground. Crossing the creekbed is an option for vehicles that are higher off the ground.
