Everyone is welcome\, no membership required. \nWe will be hearing from Lucas and Jessica Moser of Mosermade Sawmill and Apairy. They will be sharing their story of turning their lumber-making and honey production from hobbies into a viable multi-faceted family business. Some key concepts and questions that will be covered include: \n1. What do you think you would bring to the market that’s needed/different?2. What you should consider before scaling up.3. What scaling up has looked like for us and how that has changed how we operate in a year. \nDon’t miss a chance to get inspired and encouraged in your own side-gig pursuits. Their love of woodworking led them to develop their own lumber yard\, complete with kiln and sawmill to dry and cut logs into finished lumber for anyone wanting to handcraft beauty in their own lives. With ample wood at their hands\, beekeeping in the family\, and a fascination for one of nature’s best preservers\, they set out to construct an apiary worthy of their ambition. Today after several years of trial and error they now operate a 50 hive bee yard that is producing some of the tastiest honey ever!
