DESCRIPTION:The Bedford Area Family YMCA People’s Garden is a unique space where permaculture design and education intersect. It serves as an educational space to teach area students and the wider community healthy eating\, hands on skills\, food production\, and more. \nJoin us for the Land & Table April potluck and Amish-style frolic* on Tuesday\, April 21\, 6-8pm at the People’s Garden at the Bedford YMCA. We will start with a time of networking and eating together\, tour the permaculture design and it’s features\, and for anyone who wants to help\, we will lend a hand to do whatever needs to be done in the garden – bring your gloves\, the whole family can help!  \n*”A frolic is when an Amish community… unites to accomplish a big task\, one that could not be done alone. Frolics are viewed as fun social activities.
